Welcome to the Natalia Gentilcore website (hereby referred to as ‘NG’).
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms of use (hereby referred to as ‘The Terms’). If you do not agree to The Terms, you must not use The Website, and must leave The Website immediately.
 

The Website is provided solely for personal use to purchase Original Work of Art, Prints sold by NG or Group Coaching Sessions. Also allow visitors to view (only) the information of One-two-one Coaching Sessions, Distance Reiki Sessions and workshops before contacting NG for purchasing the service.

Please read through The Terms before placing an order.

Great care has been taken to ensure that all items listed on The Website are presented as accurately as possible. However, in Paintings or Prints colour clarity will vary depending upon the hardware used to view The website, and variations in settings applied to the hardware, therefore, NG cannot guarantee that the colour of an item is accurately represented when viewing The Website.

If the viewer has any doubt about purchasing a coaching service online, it is their responsibility to contact NG by email before doing it.

Eligibility to Purchase Services, Paintings or Prints.

To be eligible to purchase items on The Website, you must:

• be the holder of a valid debit/credit card;

• warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide upon registration as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects;

You may be asked by us to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, VAT ID, and shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT MEANS USED BY YOU OR THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY SUCH PURCHASE. You acknowledge that any such information will be treated by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the right to provide such information to third parties in order to facilitate the completion of transactions initiated by you or on your behalf through the Services. Verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of any order through the Services.

You must not impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
By using The Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by The Terms.
From time to time, NG may change The Terms. Changes to The Terms are made at the sole discretion of the owner of the website. By continuing to use The Website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, The Terms as changed. It is your responsibility to check back to ensure that you have read the most up-to-date iteration of The Terms.

 

All Coaching services.

 

Joining any coaching service, the client agrees the below:

• The client understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The client acknowledges that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement their choices is exclusively their responsibility.

• The client understands that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the Mental Health Act in The United Kingdom. The client understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

• The client understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. The client will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. The client understands that all decisions in these areas are exclusively theirs and they acknowledge that their decisions and their actions regarding them are they sole responsibility.

 

 

Women’s Group Coaching Service.

 

The duration of the group coaching is 6 weeks, including 6 Zoom Group Coaching calls.

The participant will require internet connection and Zoom account with access to audio and video.

Once the payment has been made, the participant will receive introductory email with all the information about the group coaching program.

Purchasing the program online you agree with ‘All Coaching Services’ section plus the conditions below:

• The Women’s Group Coaching program workbooks will be shared through Facebook platform, joining the program you agree your participation through this social media.

• The Group Coaching as limited open time, the program and access to the material close one week after the last group coaching session online.

 

1:1 Coaching Sessions.

 

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are Zoom coaching, as agreed jointly with the client. Coaching may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.

To start a coaching – client relationship the first step is to book a discovery call and sign an agreement before proceeding with the coaching session.

 

Distance Reiki Sessions.

The services to be provided by the NG to the client are 1-hour Zoom sessions, as agreed jointly with the client.

Order Process in Paintings or Prints.

When you order an item from the website, you are agreeing to buy the item for the price stated, subject to The Terms.
Once you have placed an order, NG will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference, and the value of your order will be debited from your debit/credit card. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from NG.
Unless the website notifies you that your order has not been accepted, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with The Returns Policy, the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between yourself and NG will take place when you receive an email from NG notifying you that the item(s) ordered by you has/have been dispatched. NG’s acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and received by you at the time and date of this email, as specified on the email. The deemed time and date of receipt by you shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside of the control of NG, you have not received that email.

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of NG. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Limitation of liability.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NG assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

Promotional email and content

 

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
