My approach to CONNECT and SHARE group coaching is deeply rooted in the knowledge gained from my personal journey, which includes continuous self-development courses, meditation and health education in the Chopra Centre, and Life Purpose Coaching as a foundation.
EXPAND is based on the integration of Reiki, Sekhem energy healing and Rose healing learnings.
