Agreement for Free Reiki Circles Online
The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you”) that are attending any Reiki Circle (“Event”) organised by Natalia Gentilcore (“we” or “us”). Please ensure you have read and understand the following:

As an attendee – you:

You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being during the Event, including your choices and decisions. You are aware that you can choose to not be part of the Event at any time.
You understand that Reiki Circles does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the Mental Health Act in The United Kingdom. You understand that Reiki Workshop is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and you will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis.

By purchasing this Free Reiki Circle Online, you agree to the above and to our Terms and Conditions set out overleaf.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REIKI CIRCLES.
1. Acceptance of terms and conditions
By completing the registration form for a particular event, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). You will ensure that your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person attending the Workshop on your behalf shall comply with these Terms. The Contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation.
2. Payment
There is no fee for attending the Reiki Circle Online unless stated. ​

3. Postponement or change of date
There may be circumstances in which we need to postpone the Reiki Circle or change the date and if we do, we shall advise you of this as soon as we possibly can.

4. Notification of email address
We shall notify you of any cancellation or postponement of a Event or change to venue by emailing the email address that you provided on the registration form for the Event and it is your responsibility to advise us of any change to your email address.

5. Promotional materials and materials at the Event
You agree that we may include your details in any promotional materials relating to the Event and/or any materials used at the Event. We are shall not be liable for errors or omissions contained in such informationany promotional materials or other materials used at the Event (including names and other contact details of participants who have consented to be named in such materials).
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for any materials used at the Event (including course notes, slides, brochures, articles and case studies) belongs to us and may not be reproduced in any medium without our prior written consent.
You may use such materials for your own individual purposes only and may not share, disclose, reproduce, publish or deal with such materials in any way, including for any commercial use.
We reserve the right to change the published programme (including the publicised speakers) or materials as we think fit.

6. Data protection
We will communicate with you using the contact details provided on the Registration Form for the purposes of the Workshop. We will use and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice that you can view at Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations of Liability
Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by us to ensure security and safety at the Event, we shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever in relation to the Event, save that nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to limit the liability of any person for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, any fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability for which it is unlawful to exclude or limit liability.
Our total liability for any matter arising out of the Contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the Event and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.

8. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by English Law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
