For me, Reiki is an experience, a way of living, and our own connection to the divine or universal life force energy. It is one way of connecting with the master who lives within you.
Nowadays, it is used as a healing technique that uses universal life force energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing. It helps the body to feel safe and remember its natural ability to heal itself.
Whatever brings you until this page, curiosity, self-healing, passion to help others to remember their own ability to heal, you are welcome. Reiki is a journey of reconnection with your inner wisdom; and if it is your call, guide others to do the same.
The first step is Level I, you will connect with your own energy and be able to share Reiki to yourself and others.
The second step is Level II, you will learn Kotodamas, symbols and their respective mantras to focus the energy. You will be able to send distance healing to anywhere on the world! As well as gaining knowledge of how to start a professional practice.
My offerings are online or in person Reiki Level I and II courses in English and soon in Spanish.
In person courses can be done as 1:1 basis with prior request.
More about Reiki
Usui Reiki is a gentle and ancient form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and overall well-being. It was reintroduced to the world by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and has since been shared globally.
Reiki works by supporting the body's natural healing processes on multiple levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. When these aspects of ourselves are in balance, we experience a greater sense of ease, fulfillment, and emotional and spiritual well-being in our lives.
The body also has seven main energy centers, known as chakras, which are connected to various organs and areas of the body. Reiki energy flows through these chakras, helping to align and balance them. This process can relieve stress, tension, anxiety, emotional blockages, and even physical discomfort, leaving you with a sense of peace, calm, and tranquility.
First step: SHODEN - Level I
Reiki Level I is the first step to connect with who you are, a pure love and light energy being, through experiencing and connecting with the universal energy.
The course will give an introduction to the philosophy, history, and theory of Japanese, Western Reiki and Holy Fire III Reiki. Includes practical exercises for grounding and to experience life force energy to balance the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. The Level I attunement – Shoden – allows you to use Reiki for self-healing, personal development and to share Reiki with family, friends and pets.

First Session: 2.5 hours online via Zoom or Teams. If you cannot attend, the session will be recorded.
We will cover: What is Reiki, its history, the Reiki principles, and an introduction to energy.
Second Session: 6 hours, in-person, full day.
We will cover attunement, the 12-chakra system, the aura, self-healing, how to give Reiki to others, and much more.
Third Session: 2 hours online via Zoom, held on a weekend — 21 days after the second session.
This session is for answering any remaining questions and sharing your journey.

Duration: The course will be held online by Zoom/Teams, customize to each person.

Second step: OKUDEN - Level II
Reiki Level II strengthens the connection to Reiki introducing the symbols and mantras that brings greater focus; deepening the self-development and spiritual growth.
The attunements enable the student to provide distance healing – the distance symbol will allow them to send healing across the world!
And enables the student to start their own practice giving professional treatments obtaining a professional insurance.
